My partner and I spent our vacation together here. The facility is beautiful, lots of animals and a small bay for swimming. The restaurants are also all worth a visit. Unfortunately the staff (especially reception) is very unfriendly and not helpful. So our room was occupied twice on the third day. Suddenly there were strangers in our room, fortunately we were already back from the trip by then. We then asked at reception and complained that strangers had access to our room. There was no apology, instead we were treated extremely rudely and told we had long since had to change rooms, they just forgot to tell us. A week later there was a letter on our new room saying that the building had problems with the water pipes and that we should please contact the reception. After breakfast I go to reception with the letter. None of the employees there knew what was going on in our building and whether we had to change rooms. The employee then promised me an upgrade as compensation. I got a new bracelet and signed the upgrade. Since we had another trip and no new room was available, we should leave our bags packed in the old room. When we are back in the evening, the suitcases should be in the new room. So far so good. When we were back in the evening, the receptionist on duty knew nothing about our case. No note was left. The suitcases were no longer in the old room either. They had to be looked for. A foreman was called. Being fluent in Spanish I understood the whole conversation. Before we got a new room, an employee had to go to see if the new room was available. The new room was in a much worse location and was not better equipped. So my friend went to the reception again and spoke to the head of reception again. Since he had no information, there was no update. The new bracelets were no proof and he had not found the signed note. Since meanwhile more than 3 hours had passed, we went to bed. We haven't received an update for you in the last few days. The friendliness of the staff left a lot to be desired. We often had the feeling that the hotel was not organized and was overwhelmed. Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to matter. We didn't experience a nice, relaxing holiday like this, since we had to struggle with inconveniences every week.

Excellent stay. Visiting Mexico for the first time. It's like paradise on earth. Go there with TUI package all inclusive and it was definitely worth it! Resort is big, but everything is closer than it looks on the map. First day or two a little confusing but meeting Tui welcome in the morning really helped. After a few days it's pretty easy. Tui Team is really there to help you with any situation. Lots of activity during the day to keep you busy if you're like us like more active rest. Few team members were really out, it was Maria, Luis, Carlos and Benjamin. Really fun activities. And if of course the rest of the team was great too. Just one thing to note if it's your first time in Mexico, that there's a generous amount of Lizards around. It scared me at first but realized that they are afraid of you and they don't come near you. People seem to ignore them, so I've tried. Very beautiful views, amazing food and welcome stay. If I go back to Mexico I would definitely come back to the same hotel.
